How to requeset for New CD/Media for a Oracle 8i Enterprise Edition.

Hi
We are using Oracle8i Enterprise Edition, Which is a licensed copy, But presently we came to know that the required media/Software for the Oracle 8i Enterprise Edition is missing.
Can someone update me how to request for the New Media/CD.
