Are there any Public APIs to find out the tax rate in eTAX ? We are planning to build a websales portal which needs to find out the Tax component of the sales transaction. As the sales transaction is not confirmed until the payment is received , we donot want to create any sales order or invoice in EBS.  But we want to calculate the tax component of the sales transaction upfront for the purpose of payment. Any help is appreciated
