receipts posted to GL cannot be cleared on the previous date..

hi,
i am facing a problem that receipts which are posted to GL cannot be cleared with previous date  if so there s an error
showing that the Cleared date cannot be greater than the Original GL date.

how can i proceed.. please help me in this
