Creating SR

 Hi Guys,
I am trying to create a SR  but I experience some difficulties.

When I open SR tab and scroll to the product description I get the following on SUPPORT IDENTIFIER : NO VALID CSI FOUND .

Is this implies that the license that I have does not have enough privileges for me to write SR?
