how to clear Deferred COGS..

 hi,
there are certain amount remaining in deferred cogs account. When i verified metalink thers a note on it.
 saying there is a set of concurrent which needs to be run then it will move from deferred cogs to cogs account.

1. Record Order Management Transactions 2. Collect Revenue Recognition Information 3.Generate COGS Recognition events

even after i ran all these concurrent the amount is not clearing from deferred cogs

is there any trouble shooting method through which i can troubleshoot this problem..
