SqlPlus not responding in Oracle 10.2.0 on Linux Red Hat 4

 Hello,

We have Oracle 10.2.0 on Linux Red Hat 4.
It seemed to work fine since last friday when the database became hung.
We can't enter into the DB because sqlplus is not responding.
Top command shows this: (there is no idle CPU!!!)
[root]# top
