por_custom_pkg.custom_validate_req_line

 Hi,

I am editing the procedure por_custom_pkg.custom_validate_req_line to check for valid line-level project information (valid proj managers etc). However, when I create a requisition then Add to Cart>Checkout, it is at this point that the line level information is validated and my Error is raised.

This is before I have had a chance to enter any project information at line level (?!). Can anyone explain whether this is expected functionality or whether I am missing something?


A quick test appears to show I could instead modify the custom_validate_req_dist (which is called when Add to Cart>Checkout>
