Can we transfer our Oracle license from a failed Production machine to a replacement equivalent DR m

 Scenario,

 Complete loss of Production site. Data is mirrored from backup disk to new server at DR site.

 Restore is done via remote mirroring. Remotely mirrored disk is attached to newly installed

 DR server.  Production Server is gone, non existant. At no point in time will Oracle be installed or used on both servers, Oracle will only ever be installed running on one server.

 Can we use our Production license / transfer our Production license to the new DR server ?
