iSupport - Unable to change Incident Address for created Service Request
Hi,
Customer unable to change (select new) incident address in isupport-created SR; incident address is not saved with new SR.
This issue can not be reproduce in any testing environments, occurring only in Production
### Steps to Reproduce ###
Login to isupport external
Create new SR on Support Tab
In step 3, update Incident Address; select new address and save
Go to Step 4 and 'Submit' new SR
Go to Global Search and enter new SR number; access new SR and view incident
address (it is not saved)
Any advise?
