Does Contact Centre form displays contact point Purpose

 Hi experts,

I would like to know whether the Contact Centre form under Service Module can display the Purpose (In Standard customer creation in AR there is a field named 'Purpose'  for contact point purpose). Can we get the same displayed in Contact centre form.
