Newly added task/subtask through webpage is not available in form

Hi all,

We are using Workplan versioning. In existing(working) workplan version we added one subtask for the main task and published the workplan. But this newly added subtask is neither reflected in workplan-details (web-page) nor in the form. we could see the newly added task when we click the version name.

why this is happening?

Pls contribute your ideas.
