Invalid Objects When Installing OTM v5.5

I am tyring to install OTM v5.5 in a Windows 2003 R2 64-bit environment. I have installed the latest version of Oracle 11g and was able to create my database OTM55MOD. I am using the scripts provided with the OTM installation to create tablespaces, roles, users, synonyms, etc. 
I can get as far as creating the grants and synonyms for REPORTOWNER without any errors or invalid objects. When go to the next step and connect as GLOGOWNER, I am able to run the aq_setup script but when I recompile invalid objects, I am left with 4 invalid objects that even the 2nd recompile cannot correct. The info I get back when I try to recompile is:
