I have a requirements where for several probation appraisal tasks, HR needs to know the status of ongoing evaluations during a typical 6-9 months probation cycle - for auditing and follow up. E.g:
1. After 15 days, a probation planning form filled must be completed by the line manager of the new hire
2. Form shared with appraisee to communicate probation benchmarks
3. Appraisee confirms probation planning form, submits to manager who makes any necessary amendments
4. Line manager submits probation planning form for approval (head of department, HR > CEO > Records)
5. 3 months later, line manager must completes probation review form and
