retention for contents in recycle bin

In 10g & above, is there any way to set the retention for the contents of recycle bin either with time or with size.

ie, like restricting the content of recycle bin to 100MB. so, if it exceeds 100MB, then purging should happen automatically.

    or like 2 days as retention and the content older than 2 days will be automatically purged.

Anyhow, I know that this can be done manually by purge command. But I want to know if there is any internal feature (parameter etc.) provided by Oracle for this purpose.
