OTL: APP-HXC-366338 : The Setup of Timekeeper Preferences is incomplete

We are getting this OTL issue while trying to open the Timekeeper form. This issue is found after changing the alternate name attached to project code segment of the timekeeper layout. Earlier , this field was based on a value set of type - Independent. The same value set was also linked to project code segment in Cost Allocation KFF earlier. So, we were able to open timekeeper entry form and enter hours as well as load data through interface and were able to transfer data to BEE and transfer BEE successfully.
Now, we had to modify the value set attached at cost allocation KFF for project code , and now new value set is table based. When we tried creating a new alternate mapping based on this new table based value set , created new alternate name and attached this alternate name to the preference for timekeeper layout, we are now not able to open the timekeeper entry form itself.
