Collection Call Notes
When you do call notes, if you don't enter in the response tab before saving, you can't ever update it. But when you do enter info, a lot of it is the same as the Topics entry. When you enter with a transaction number, why doesn't the infor from the Topics update to the Response tab? Or have a process that will update last entry since I understand you can update a call multiple times. My users feel like they are doing double work by entering it on the Response tab AND the Topics section. And the only info that
