Can't load the EM url after upgrade applying 10.2.0.4 patchset

Hi,

I have a fresh install of RHEL4 and installed Oracle db 10.2.0.1.  All went well and functioned as expected.  I applied the 10.2.0.4 patchset and all seemed to go well until I rebooted and started the oracle services.

The url of http://localhost:1158/em , which used to work, no longer functions.

The url of https://localhost:1158/em works after throwing a ssl error. If I make an exception in the browser then it seems to load em just fine.

Did I do something wrong or miss a step in applying the patchset or is this normal?
