Taxable - iProcurement

Hi,
When iProcurement  is  used and a  Default Tax Code is setup in the Financial Options  window, when a non catalog requisition is completed appears "Taxable".....(and the Default Tax Code).

When there is not a Default Tax Code setting up in Financial Options window, appears "Taxable: No"

What´s the difference between the two requisitions?

What considerations I have to take into account to setup (yes/no) a default tax code in the Financial Options or in the Supplier Invoice Tax Option Tab?
