WARRANTY CONTRACT CREATION IN SERVICE CONTRACT

Hi,
I am aware that if we link a warranty item to a BOM of an Item, a contract with type Warranty and Extended Warranty will be automatically created when we ship the item to the customer.

What I feel is that then in that case each customer to whom I am shipping the product will have the same duration for the Warranty Contract.

Is there any way we can have the system create these Warranty contracts automatically depending upon the customer.
