ADDRESS NOT PRINTING ON STATEMENTS

 When statements are generated from separate Orgs to a single customer, the customer address only prints on one of two statements. Is this related to the "identify" flag? I have tried to resolve this by creating "Statement" site uses in both Orgs but this has not solved the problem.
