Overwrite exiting Test database with Live database.

Hi,

I have two 10g databases one Live and the other Test. Both are identical in structure and patchset but are on different servers and have slightly different directory structure (Live is on G drive on Live server, Test is on D drive on Test server) Both databases are running on windows 2003. Given that I will need to perform this refresh on a regular basis, what is the easiest way to achieve this? Apologies, but my DBA skills are limited, so an idiots guide would be very much appreciated.
