CRS-0210 & PRKO-2016

Hi,
I have a 10.2.0.4 RAC set up and every time I do
     srvctl stop nodeapps -n <node>
I get
     CRS-0210: Could not find resource <listener_name>

After I have used srvctl to start the listener (no problems), I do
     srvctl status nodeapps -n <node>
and I get
     PRKO-2016 : Error in checking condition of listener on node: <node>

Can someone tell me what I need to do to stop these errors?
