How to understand the 'Oracle Critical Patch Update'

 Hi all,

We are using e-Business Suite Release 12
and from 'About Oracle Application' button, I can read the information below :

RDBMS : 10.2.0.2.0
Oracle Applications : 12.0.2



In the Oracle Critical Patch Update - July 2009,
I read information below (copy) :

Product releases and versions that are in Premier Support or Extended Support, under the Oracle Lifetime Support Policy:
• Oracle Database 11 g , version 11.1.0.6, 11.1.0.7     [ Database ]
• Oracle Database 10 g Release 2, versions 10.2.0.3, 10.2.0.4     [ Database ]
