User is not able to Receive the item.
Hi,
There is one PO which is in Approved Status. When the user is trying to receive the item against that PO, he is getting the error "
APP-14230: the GL date is not in an open period"
.
I want to know which date is creating the problem?
1) Order Date:29-FEB-2008 (GL Period Closed)
2) Rate Date :29-FEB-2008 (GL Period Closed)
3) Need By Date: 10-JUL-2009 (user able to changeto closed GL period but not resolving the issue)
4) Promised Date:10-JUL-2009 (user able to changeto closed GL period but not resolving the issue)
