Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Hi,

We would like to restrict the expenses over the cost budget.

We have not enabled encumbrance accounting and also GL budget is not setup.

We have enabled Budgetory Control at project level. When we tried to baseline the Cost Budget it goes in "In Progess" status.

Please suggest for any setup missing.
