Metrics "Database Time Spent Waiting (%)" are in 77.65267 for the event class "Other"

 Hello,

I´m executing a new Oracle application in my environment, and it takes a long time to finish. The process moves a lot of rows of all the tables from one schema to another schema.

When I check with OEM the advisors of ADDM I found the message: "Metrics "Database Time Spent Waiting (%)" are in 77.65267 for the event class "Other"" and I don´t know how to solve it.
