crs_stat -t showing LSNR of node 2 is OFFLINE

  Hi all,
Steps I followed to install RAC :

1) created two virtual machines
2) installed Linux o/s
3) configured necessary configuration setting for RAC.
4) configured asm
5) configured ocfs
6) installed clusteware software
7) installed database software
Till this it went smoothly and no errors while installation too.
Here the problem begins
When i try to create listener using netca.
Listener file got created in the first and second node, but the listener is up and running in the first node only.
when i issue crs_stat -t
gns,ons,vip,lsnr --> of node1 is ONLINE
gns,ons,vip --> of node2 is ONLINE
