PRC: Interface Total Burden Cost to GL is not picking up all eligible transactions.

When we process the folowing: PRC: Distribute Labor Costs, PRC: Distribute Total Burdened Cost, PRC: Interface Labor Costs to General Ledger, the system is picking up all eligible transactions.  When we process the PRC: Interface Total Burdened Cost to GL it is not.  

Any ideas?
