Not able to view IB products via iSupport when assigning the CSI_END_USER role to end-user

When assigning this role and setting the default account. The 1st time I log in - I recieve the error and then I navigate to profile and save the account information again. I can see the products but when I clear cookies and log back in I get the same error.
