Converting templates from Client ADI to Web Adi / Report Manager possible?

 hello all, When migrating from 11.5.9 to R12, are the Client ADI templates / FSG reports automatically converted to either Web Adi Layouts or Report Manager reports?
Or will they need to be re-made?
