Ship confirm and Actual shipping,which one occurs first.
Sorry if it is a very basic question. I just wanted to know this.
Once the item is shipped, we come to the Order management system, and then tell the system that it is shipped by doing the Ship Confirm
OR
We first do a ship confirm a delivery,which will create a trip stop etc, packing etc and then using that information we do the actual shipping.
Which one is the correct scenario.
Another question I had was, if we add a freight cost for a delivery,then what happens to the actual order total amount and what is the account for it, do we record it in the OM anywhere. Just curious.
