Loading Open receipts data

Hi,
I have a huge number of open receipts nearly 10000nos  which has to be loaded into the system.
Does any one have a script to upload these data.
Since some of my customers are duplicated i cannot use ADI.. its showing some error. I cannot fix that.

Even further any body have an idea how this WEB ADI will work for this.
