setting up resynccatalog job in oem

We recently moved our 9i databases from two windows 2000 servers to two windows 2003 servers.  I am recreating the oracle mgt server env on the new servers and have the backups working via oem/rman.

But I cannot see to get the resynccatalog job to run like it did in the old env.

The original dba created a job called resynccatalog0248 which is to resynchronize the catalog db.  But I cannot figure out how to do this.  He uses a tcl script and when I try this I and get to the parameters screen I click on import and I don't know what I am suppose to be importing.
