What is the latest Oracle 11g version which is stable and reliable.

  We have recently installed Oracle 11g (Oracle Database 11g Enterprise Edition Release 11.1.0.6.0 - 64bit) on Linux and soon going to create a database for data warehouse. We want to upgrade the database to the latest stable version such as 11.1.0.7 and apply all the patches before creating the Database for DW. Can you please identify the latest oracle version for Linux (x64 bit) and also provide the link containing the software for upgrade and patches.  Thanks.
