using oracle 9i enterprise manager to resync rman catalog db

I am trying to use oracle 9i enterprise manager to setup a resync catalog job just like it existed in the old env I copied the databases from.  .  I did not setup the old env though so I am just looking at it with oem trying to figure out how to recreate it on new servers.  Same version of everything.  It is using a tcl script and I don't understand why it has an import tab.  Not sure what I would be importing

Thanks for any help.
