Help with entering timesheet and getting project labor cost

Hello all,
I am currently working on a project where I need to be able to enter employee timesheets then check to see what the total labor cost for a project is. I'm kind of new to Oracle EBS so step by step instructions would be greatly appreciated.


Problem 1:  Import a timesheet into Oracle for an existing user via PL/SQL API
o   We have some P/SQL code setup (using the API) that we think should do this but we cannot see the result inside Orace UI, not sure why. What steps must be taken before a user can input timesheets?
