iSupport Multi org approach

 Hi All Gurus:
Does any one have ideas on deploying isupport in a multi org environment? We currently are planning to implement isupport and we have users who will be using it acorss the globe(Multiple Operating units).

Do we need to create seperate repsonsibilities for each operating unit that would result in Primary,Normal, Business user responsibilties per operating unit?

Or
Just register the user with the customer in a particular operating unit and assign seeded primary or business user repsonsibilites. This approach leaves us questions on if an RMA is processed, then which operating unit will process it. Similary, a service request should be sent to the same operating unit of the customer.
