Problems with output form PDF

We are on eBusiness Suite 11i 11.5.10.2 running on Linux.   We have reports written with XML Publisher for our Orders.  There are 5 different versions of a report which all print as PDF and one of the reports won't print. The Adobe Reader has an error "This file cannot be opened because it has no pages".  I have tried running it using IE Explorere and Mozilla, and they both get the error.  The other 4 reports work fine, just not the form that is needed.   I checked Metalink and found other users with this issue and a work around by unchecking
