Planned Date and Scheduled Dates are different on a task when downloaded on the laptop

Task was assigned to a tech on the laptop with planned and scheduled dates as below

In Oracle Enterprise

PSD -> 05-May-2009 12:30:00 and PED -> 12-May-2009 00:00:00

SSD -> 05-May-2009 00:00:00 and SED -> 06-May-2009 00:00:00

On Laptop

PSD -> 05-May-2009 11:30:00 and PED -> 11-May-2009 23:00:00

SSD -> 04-May-2009 23:00:00 and SED -> 05-May-2009 23:00:00

The issue is happening on the laptop of only one tech..All the other techs do not have any issues

Please suggest
