Party relationships - will this do what I need?

Hi,

I'm looking for a way of creating a "parent" customer account where I can link existing accounts to it.  Here's the scenario I need to be able to do;

Account A is parent account

Accounts B, C and D are all subsidiary accounts of A.  

I want to be able to continue entering orders, transactions etc. against accounts b,c & d but then be able to produce one invoice from account A for all three subsidiary customers (think this could be done via grouping rule?) - would also like to be able to view overall credit limits, debtor balances etc from customer A.
