How the Impact on the AP/GL if we cancel the PO which is in "Approved, closed,reserved" status?
Mistakenly one of the user has taken the returns and then cancelled the PO which is in "Approved, closed, reserved" Status and we have enabled automatic debit memo..so now the debit memo is created for this PO. and the encumbrabce amount is also reversed back.
Now can any one help me how it will impact on the AP/GL and what kind of precautions i need to take for this PO.
Note:we are using the 11.5.10.2 version and enabled the encumbrance for PO's.
Please let me know how to go further on this issue.
