OTM Domains for SIngle instance of E Business suite - out of box integration.

Would appreciate your help on this.

 

There is a business requirement on OTM 6.0 - E Business suite integration 12.1.

 

We have two separate organization divisions (mapped to the Oracle apps - operating units) with their own independent supply chain network(manufacturing facilities and distinct warehouses). Even each of this division have their own set of carriers and rate negotiations. There is no overlap between the two.

 

Now they plan to go for an Oracle E Business suite implementation - and these two divisions are treated as  separate operating units.

 

Even after implementing Oracle E Business suite - each division would like to maintain separate/independent shipment planning for their own logistics network respectively - though not a good business practice. This would call defining two separate domains.
