Oracle Configuration Manager issue with OEM grid control 10.2.0.5 Template

 I installed the Oracle VM Template for Enterprise Manager Grid Control 10.2.0.5.   During the installation, I entered information to configure Oracle Configuration Manager - Release: 10.3.1.0.0.
Never used it, figured it is finally the time to try it out.

So I want to go see the database in my Oracle Support Dashboard.  The database that comes with  Enterprise Manager Grid Control.
Nothing is there on the dashboard, I do not see the database.

So I check if the status of OCM is ok, and it seems fine:

[oracle@oravmdbcontrol bin]$ pwd
/u01/OracleHomes/db11g/ccr/bin
[oracle@oravmdbcontrol bin]$ ./emCCR status
