Question about RAC CRS bundles

 I have CRS and Oracle Database at the release 10.2.0.4 installed.  Which CRS bundles are included in 10.2.0.4?  Are CRS bundles cumulative?  I noticed that the readme for CRS bundle patch #3 (7117233) has 10.2.0.3 in the header for the Product Version - is this a typo?
