Calling OM Workflows for a Particular Order Number

Hi,

We have scheduled Workflow Background Engine (Which in turn runs OM related WF-OM Order Header and OM Order Line) every five minutes so that the Orders is processed to correct status etc.. Just wanted to know if there is a way to run OM Workflow only for one Order Number.

Any guidance towards APIs/programs would be helpful.
