Different errors in OCSG

 Hi,

i am facing different type of errors in ocsg logs, at first my application starts well but after some time it start giving following erros, i have applied hearbeat patch also, its realy stopping me to move in production


com.bea.wlcp.wlng.plugin.sms.smpp.adapter.TransmitterProxyException: Failed to submit message : Submit request timed out.
