Datapump export and data consistency

We have a TDL loading job starts at 7 and finishes at 8:30am, which add records to TDL tables. If our daily export job of the table starts at 8 am and finishes at 9 am, do we only export all records that is commited by 8 am or some records inserted between 8 and 8:30 will also be exported? how do I understand flashback_scn relating to these operations?
