How invoices enter AP in different businesses
Hi,
I know this is a very generic question,but let me ask it.
In a Payables system, what are the different ways invoices /receipts can enter or what is the most common way of invoice /receipt creation.
--- Pay on receipt autoinvoice
--- manual entry
--- payables invoice import(is this different from the first one, i.e autoinvoice).
--- anyother ?
What kind of businesses have which kind of invoice creation.
I hope I am clear with my question as I know this depends on business to business ,but please share your thoughts.
