Statspack report interpretation

 Statspack interpretation
Hi ,
We've a high cpu consommation since two days ,so we've execute the statspack a three times ,an now we've the report but don't see how can we interprate or are those values good or no ?how to know if we have some changes to do ,because there a lot of data in this report.

Can you help us to explain an interprate this report in order to see why the cpu is high consumming (about 97% ~_99%) ?
