HA of third party application using CLuster

 Hello,
I am trying to implement HA for an application by registering a process that is instance dependent.

I created an application VIP and started it and its ok.

I then created an application but am getting this error:

CRS-1028: Dependency analysis failed because of:
'Resource in UNKNOWN state: jobsapp'

CRS-0223: Resource 'jobsapp' has placement error.

I have tested the jobsapp.scr script and its working ok on the OS level. (stop/start/check) which runs a shell script

Which user will be running the appl? the crs_setperm user?

any help will be appreciated
